My Miami Sephora Haul

February 24, 2016

Hi loves! So I went to Miami for a couple of days this month, super happy to see my family and friends, and I was more then ready to get some shopping done! I had a long list for Sephora, that I had to edit otherwise my husband would’ve not been a happy camper haha! There where a few things I had to get, like the Laura Mercier Secret brightening powder, which I have been using and its really nice, I’m really loving it! I also got the First Aid Beauty 5 in 1 eye cream, the verdict is still out for that one since it has only been a couple of days using it but it does feels nice and not heavy to wear under makeup at all. I purchased the latest HD concealer from Makeup Forever and I love it! Is not as hydrating as the Nars concealer, that is my holy grail {see blog post here about it}, but it does cover the under eye dark circles amazingly! I got a super cute nail polish color from the Sephora line named Trilling, it’s a must have, perfect white-grayish color, give it a try if you can.

I got a 100 points reward right away because, I didn’t want to save them until next time, and I picked the pink gel coat for the nails that I had always wanted to try, so perfect timing. I got my Sephora Birthday present and this year is a set from Fresh {Face cleanser and Rose mask, that I already tried and it left my skin super soft and nice}  so quite happy about that too! At Heathrow airport before heading to Miami, I got a few duty free items, that honestly next time I will get more stuff! They had everything there! There was a Jo Malone store where I purchased my fave scent from them, English Pear and Freesia and also I got the Lip maximizer from Dior… What should I get next? My list is starting for my next trip to Sephora! P.S. Stay tune for my pharmacy makeup haul next 😉

Until next time!

Valentine’s Day Gifts for Her

February 12, 2016

Sweatshirt/ Perfumelotion/wallet

Ring/Card Holder

I’m back! After a couple of interesting months, where a new job, graduation paper and family took my life, I’m now coming back to something I love and thats blogging! It’s all in the organisation and thats my main goal for 2016!!! But anyways, lets talk about Valentine’s day! I’ve been married for a while but you can never let the details go away, I put together a few options for presents that I think are girl “approved”.  A good wallet is always cool, or a cozy sweatshirt like this one from Wildfox. I really love jewellery and I have my eyes on this ring from Monica vinader, I don’t think she’s has much retail presence in the USA yet, but here in England she’s is one of the most popular.

I love Jo Malone, they are such a lovely perfumery and you can mix the scents too, this is one of my fave. I think we all love flowers, so its always a good cute idea especially as an add on present {or a just because detail!}. I would say go with something different than roses, no? like Peonies! And since I’m quite the practical person, I love gift cards, so why not get a cool card holder and put some gift cards on it and offer a day of shopping for her? I would love that! Even though my hubby is not big fan of shopping hahaha. Big kisses for all and until next time.
